canoe trip! wisconsin river! photos!!

i mean, here are some photos from our 3-day canoe trip on the wisconsin river last weekend. note: waterproof disposable cameras are really, really crappy. also, canoeing for three days is really, really fun. also, pooping in the woods is not as fun as it sounds, and it does not sound fun. but we saw some incredible wildlife, we heard loons at night, there were bats and turtles and deer and a bald eagle and kingfishers. sunday night a series of violent, violent thunderstorms threatened to wash us away, but we totally survived. :)
